Return and Exchange Conditions:

✅ The original purchase invoice must be provided.
✅ A return or exchange request can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
✅ The exchange or return process may take 7 to 10 business days.
✅ The refund will be issued after the damaged product is received and inspected, and the amount will be transferred within 3 business days from the date we receive the product.
✅ If you choose to exchange the damaged product with another item, you must pay the price difference if there is any.
